Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is the Mansion Included in my venue rental? Yes!

  • What is the parking situation? We have a large parking lot that can easily accommodate a 200+ person wedding.

  • Can we leave cars overnight? Unfortunately no there is no overnight parking

  • What is the max the venue can hold? We provide tables and chairs for 200. We have done weddings up to 220 but please note this limits your layouts, and you will be required to rent additional tables and chairs.

  • Can we rent more time if needed? Absolutely! It’s $200 per additional hour.

  • Can we bring in our own caterer? We require that you book with one of our preferred caterers. Allowances can sometimes be made under special circumstances (i.e. religious reasons, dietary requirements, etc.)

  • Can we have Alcohol? We allow beer, wine, champagne, and two signature cocktails. It must be served by either your chosen caterer or an approved licensed and insured bartending service.

  • Is there heat and AC in the barn? YES to both!

  • Are there restrooms? There are restrooms in both the barn and the mansion.

  • What type of events can be hosted at Olson Mansion? Our venue is only available for weddings, celebration of life services, and some non-profit events.
